Privacy Policy — MyFinance Pro

1. Who we are
MyFinance (the “App”) is developed by the BRARUSS team (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what data the App processes and how users can control it.
2. What data the App processes
The App is designed for personal finance management and may process the following data entered by the user:
- Income and expense records (amounts, dates, categories, notes/descriptions);
- Loans/liabilities data (amounts, payment dates, scheduled payments, names/notes);
- App settings (for example, sync on/off, access settings).
We do not request passport/ID details, bank card details, or location data, and we do not use advertising identifiers (such as IDFA) for targeting.
3. Where data is stored
3.1. On the device
Core data is stored locally on the user’s device.
3.2. iCloud / CloudKit sync (optional)
If the user enables iCloud for the App, data may be synced via CloudKit in the user’s iCloud account so it can be available across the user’s devices. CloudKit uses a private database, which by default is accessible only to the current user.
Important: Data stored in third-party CloudKit containers (the App’s CloudKit container) is not included in Apple’s “Apple Account data copy” export. Therefore, the App provides a way for users to obtain a copy of their data through export/backup (see Section 6).
4. Calendar access
If the user grants access to the iOS Calendar, the App may create/update events to remind the user about payments.
Events may include financial information (for example, payment amount and loan description) in the event title and/or notes.
The user can at any time:
- disable Calendar access in iOS Settings → Privacy → Calendars;
- delete created events in the Calendar app.
5. Face ID / biometrics
The App may use Face ID for convenient and secure local unlocking.
The App does not receive or store the user’s biometric data — authentication is performed by iOS (we only receive a success/failure result).
6. Backup export and import
The App can create a backup file at the user’s request. If the user saves/sends this file via Files, iCloud Drive, AirDrop, messengers, or other services, further processing of the file is governed by the policies of the service chosen by the user.
7. Notifications and background sync
To keep iCloud/CloudKit sync working properly, the App may receive background (silent) notifications from Apple services to refresh data without showing banners to the user.
8. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell user data and do not share it with advertising networks.
Data may be processed by Apple as part of providing iCloud/CloudKit functionality and iOS system services (for example, when the user has enabled iCloud sync).
9. How to delete data
Options depend on how you use the App:
- Local data: delete records within the App (if available) and/or delete the App from the device (iOS may remove the App’s data with it).
- iCloud/CloudKit data: disable iCloud for the App in your Apple ID/iCloud settings on the device.
- Get a copy of your data: use Export/Backup (see Section 6).
